PRODUCT

Laser engraving with our rubber is an odour-free, uncomplicated process. Every sheet of rubber is table & rotary laser systems compatible. Air assist during the engraving process is an option. Cutting the rubber requires air assist though.

We offer:

To make sure we deliver only the highest quality product to our clients, every sheet of rubber is also marked with manufacturing date code. Digit in the center of the sign determines the year of the manufacturing date, number of dots determines the month of the manufacturing date.

Our mission is to be widely known, and to create excellent purchase conditions that includes our optimal engagement and efforts to achieve satisfactory relations. Achieving success begins during the first stages of creating the product.

We prepare a high-quality rubber mixture based on our own formula, developed through extensive testing and trials in our own laboratories. The prepared mixture is vulcanised to obtain perfectly flat and smooth sheets using special steel matrices at a temperature of 160 °C. the product is then ready for laser treatment.

Before preparing the mould, it is possible to select the size, thickness and even the colour of the rubber. we want to fully satisfy our customers and meet their exact requirements. It is our usual practice to approach each customer individually; we contact everyone who is interested in our product and we attempt to create the most advantageous offers to meet the specific demands of the market we enter.

Our rubber is the only one available with a side-edge option , which we have developed in order to use with a rotary laser. the edges are used as a fold, which aids fixing. In addition, they enhance the aesthetic aspects of the product, and contain a short description of the product and the production date. A surprising success was achieved due to the patenting of a completely odourless mixture . This rubber is marked with a 'Q' and may be used without a laser filter; it is also environmentally-friendly .

The advantage of our services is our comprehensive delivery system. our customer only needs to select the product and we take care of the rest of the process. the product is packed in cardboard boxes with protection against moisture and unauthorised opening, and it is sent to any place the customer specifies. we continuously respond to your comments and opinions, thus we can rapidly control and modify the product.
